Returns, cancellation & refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us before the order ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

For distance purchases you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days: for goods, from the day you receive them (for a split delivery, from the last part); for a service, from the day of the contract (Law on Consumer Rights Protection, Art. 13).

To withdraw, send us the form below or any clear statement within that period via the Contact page; sending it before the period ends is enough. Return the item within 7 calendar days of your notice, unused and in its original condition.

The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise with the shop (Art. 15).

By law the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: made-to-order or personalised goods; goods that perish quickly; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and sealed audio, video or software recordings once unsealed.

When you withdraw, we refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 calendar days of your notice, by the same payment method (Art. 15). The shop may wait until it receives the goods or proof that you sent them.
